About Me
I am Tammy Cheshire and I am the Assistant Principal for H.G. Temple Elementary where I assist students, teachers, and parents in preparing for success. I have taught in Diboll for 19 years. I have been an Interventionist, taught Self Contained 2nd grade, 5th grade Science and Social Studies, Self Contained Special Needs and Campus RtI Coordinator.
I have been married to my husband Joel for 32 years and we have four children. My daughter Amber is a nurse and my daughter Caurie is a school teacher. My son James is a Fire Fighter/Paramedic and my son Thomas works for Brookshire Brothers and currently attends Angelina College. I also have six grandsons and one granddaughter!
I love teaching and cannot imagine doing anything else with my life. I do not look at my job as a job, but as an adventure. I look forward each day to my adventure! At Temple Elementary, Our Kids Are Worth Whatever It Takes!
